Building Quality Relationships with Trust

From conception to completion, building a custom home can often take many years to complete. An environment of honesty and trust goes a long way to ensuring a successful and enjoyable project for our clients. Through open and interactive communication, we are able to ensure that all parties are working toward a common goal. This commitment to building long lasting quality relationships with our clients, trade partners, business associates, and employees is one way we differentiate ourselves from the rest.

Uncompromising Craftsmanship

Building to the highest quality standards possible is our ultimate goal for any project we undertake. This entails project specific selection of our vendors and subcontractors, enforcing strict project specifications, and constantly monitoring the procedures and methods being used on every house we build. This hands-on approach is the only way to ensure quality from the ground up.

Enduring Style

A true custom home is meant to reflect the taste and lifestyle of you, the homeowner. It is our job to understand that style and work judiciously to deliver an elegant and distinctive home that compliments you. We partner with you and your architect to help design a home that will fit your family’s unique needs. Our extensive experience as a custom homebuilder allows us to advise and protect you from unwise choices or unnecessary expenses that detract from the pleasure of building your dream home.

Superior Value

We are committed to developing a plan to accommodate your desires while still delivering a competitive price. We will work with you to discuss and contemplate the cost and efficiencies of different design and structural solutions. We strive to build the best home possible while delivering a home that is affordable, efficient, and low-maintenance.

Professional Service

It seems so simple, yet so often it seems to be forgotten. It can be as easy as showing up on time or returning phone calls promptly but so often it seems these courtesies are forgotten. These “little” annoyances could really build up over the course of time it takes to build a house and really leave a bad taste in a customer’s mouth. We take great pride in remembering what it means to be a professional and reminding our employees and subcontractors how important it is to conduct themselves as such everyday.

Top 5 Fall Maintenance Checklist

#1 Store Away Those Hoses

Leaving garden hoses attached to your outdoor faucets can cause water to back up in the faucets and in the plumbing pipes just inside your exterior walls. When those freezing temps hit, that water could freeze, expand, and crack the faucet or pipes.

#2 Drain Your Sprinkler System

Fall is the time to drain your sprinkler system. Buried irrigation lines can freeze, leading to busted pipes and broken sprinkler heads. Turning off the water system at the main valve and blowing out the lines prevents major problems in the spring. Hiring a pro is well worth it to make sure you won’t have repairs to make in the spring.

#3 Seal Up the Exterior

Sealing up cracks around window and door frames, between trim and siding, and where pipes and wires enter your house is important to your home’s health. Preventing moisture from getting inside your walls is one of the most important fall maintenance jobs. You’ll also seal air leaks that waste energy.
